Wanuskewin Collective is growing, and we’re looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic Part-Time, Permanent, Sales Associate to join our team. With four locations in and around Saskatoon, we proudly showcase products created by Indigenous artists, businesses, and organizations.
This is more than just a sales role, it’s an opportunity to represent Indigenous cultures and communities through meaningful retail experiences. Every product has a story, and every customer interaction is a chance to share it.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable product information and thoughtful recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Stock and merchandise products to ensure strong visual presentation
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Support store operations and complete all other duties as assigned

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Weekend availability required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
