Job Overview
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Front of House department while adhering to the company customer service standards. This role is a full time position (32-40hrs), starting at $20/hr, with benefits and vacation pay after 6 months. Weekend, early morning and evening availability a must!
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture

Support and maintain a positive work environment at all times

Oversee the daily tasks and duties of the FOH team, delegate tasks as required
Operations

Ensure the day to day operations of the Blackbird retail store run smoothly.

Ensure the retail shop is always maintained to the highest standards, adhere to company systems and policies

Operate the POS system, ensure proper cash handling techniques are being used at all times

Adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines, and maintain bakery cleanliness standards
Administrative

Troubleshoot any scheduling issues that may arise, with the support of the senior manager on duty

Support the FOH Manager with inventory, transfers, ordering and receiving.

Review store cashouts for accuracy.
Sales and Customer Service

Maintain a high level of customer service at all times and become the point person for any issues

Provide customers with an in depth knowledge of the entire line of Blackbird Baking Co Products
