As a Regional Supervisor, you’ll be joining a nation-wide team that fosters development while leading a team of visual merchandisers in exceeding brand standards within various national branded stores including Marks, and Walmart.
Objectives of this Role
· Directly oversees our Quebec, Maritimes, and Ottawa team members.
· Coach team members and provide constructive feedback to foster their development in line with Levi’s and Powerhouse standards.
· Ensuring team members are meeting all company expectations and standards.
Primary Responsibilities
· Act as a brand ambassador, merchandising and providing exceptional customer service for the Levi’s® Strauss & CO Canada brands within the individual shops in selected retailers.
· Train new and existing team members on all Brand standards, product lines, seasonal collections, POS and department resets.
· Merchandise all product programs for Levi’s® & Signature shops; implementing planograms, maintaining merchandising standards and in-store elements to ensure brand integrity.
· Communicate effectively and establish strong rapports with customers, store personnel, Designated Sellers, Reps and the Levi’s ®/Powerhouse management team.
· Maintain detailed records of all team members.
· Conduct yearly performance reviews.
· Issue warnings both verbal and written as required.
· Follow through on all expectations and requests given by the Levi’s® team and or Powerhouse Senior Account Manager.
· Ensure all work deadlines are met.
· Attend all meetings with Levi’s® and Powerhouse management team.
· Support the Levi’s® and Powerhouse team.
· Report all required information to the Payroll and Human Resources Department when necessary.
· Respond and follow up to phone calls, text, and emails promptly.
· Provide and update direct manager with weekly progress reports.
· Review teams weekly work, pictures and reports delivered by teams in the field.
· Deliver seasonal product knowledge to store staff for each season.
· Participate and support shop openings, closures, and relocations.
Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
· Post-secondary education in fashion, sales, or marketing preferred.
· Minimum 2-4 years visual merchandising and management experience within the fashion apparel industry.
· Proven visual merchandising skills with the ability to follow planograms, directives and multitask to ensure shops are maintained while customer service is prioritized.
· Retail Sales: 2 years (minimum) + 1-year additional retail experience in a management role required.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
· Ability to coach, lead and mentor team members both in person and in virtual environments.
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication in English and French required.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
· Access to a reliable vehicle.
· Must be willing to travel across Canada 25% of the time.
Physical Requirements
· Standing and walking 8-10 hours.
· Lifting up to 40 lbs.
· Crouching, bending, twisting and repetitive hand movements.
