Shining Stars Support Services est. 2016 and Shining Stars School est. 2023 provides in-center, in-home and community based Applied Behaviour Analytic and Ontario Curricular interventions to children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder ages 2-19. Shining Stars Support Services is looking to add two Registered Behaviour Analysts to the clinical team. The Registered Behaviour Analysts/BCBA's would provide clinical supervision on Saturdays, weekdays and evenings and be available to lead a team of Supervised Instructor Therapists and work confidently and collaboratively with our Speech and Occupational Therapy team.
The ideal candidate would possess the ability to:
- BCBA certification/RBA registration with CPBAO in good standing.
- Registration and good standing with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
- Preferrable a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with children/youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related behavioural difficulties.
- Proficiency with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, FISH and/or curricular assessment tools.
- Experience conducting Functional Analyses and Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
- Excellence in monitoring progress, data collection, graphing and exercising data‑driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Peel and Halton regions.
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
