Lead and motivate installation crews

Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractors

Conduct daily safety, quality, and progress checks

Solve problems and make real‑time decisions

Ensure work meets plans, specs, and local codes

Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers

Complete daily reports, photos, and documentation

Projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule

Job sites stay clean, organized, and professional

High‑quality work with minimal rework
