BC Condos and Homes is a growing real estate team based in Surrey, BC looking for a licensed showing agent to handle buyer and seller showings for our listings and clients.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct property showings on behalf of the team for both buyers and sellers
- Represent the team professionally at all showings
- Provide timely feedback to the lead agent after each showing
- Follow our showing and lead transfer workflow
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed REALTOR® in good standing with BCFSA (required — no exceptions)
- Reliable vehicle and flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong people skills and professional presentation
- Bilingual an asset (Punjabi, Mandarin, or Cantonese especially welcome)
- Self-motivated and coachable — this is an entry role with real upside
Compensation:
- Commission-based — competitive split per closed transaction
- This is not a salaried position

All clients and leads remain the property of BC Condos and Homes. This role is focused exclusively on showings.
