Company Overview
Klaassen Equipment, part of the Klaassen Group of Companies, is looking for a Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support the scheduling, tracking, and administration of repairs and maintenance for company equipment, trucks, and trailers.
Klaassen Equipment supports the broader group of companies by helping keep equipment, trucks, and trailers maintained, organized, and ready for use across operations. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop and equipment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination:
- Create, update, and maintain work orders and service records
- Review service requests and ensure they are properly documented and assigned
- Track repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, CVIs, and service history
- Maintain accurate information in B2W Maintain and assist with related reporting
- Communicate service updates, equipment status, and repair timelines with relevant team members
- Follow up on outstanding service items to support timely completion and proper documentation
- Assist with general shop, safety, and maintenance-related administrative tasks as required
Scheduling:
- Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules for equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Input and maintain service schedules in B2W Maintain
- Assist with organizing mechanic schedules and service priorities
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to support equipment availability and reduce downtime
- Monitor upcoming service requirements, inspections, and CVIs
- Adjust schedules as needed based on changing priorities, equipment availability, and operational needs

Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions
- Experience with equipment maintenance and repair scheduling is considered an asset
- General knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, and maintenance processes is considered an asset
- Experience with B2W Maintain is considered an asset
- Service writing, scheduling, or maintenance coordination experience is considered an asset
- Experience working with heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, or shop operations is considered an asset
- Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air brakes is considered an asset
Working Conditions
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 55 lbs
- Able to climb ladders
- Able to work overtime as required
- Work is completed in an active shop and equipment environment
Compensation
Wage will be based on experience.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
