Job Overview
Our client, a recognized industry leader, is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Manager and offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive base salary, 3 weeks’ vacation, benefits, and an RSP match plan.
As the HR & Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. You’ll lead the development of HR policies that promote inclusivity and ensure compliance, while your accuracy in payroll processing will reinforce trust and transparency throughout the organization. By improving processes and fostering strong employee engagement, you’ll help cultivate a culture of excellence and make a meaningful impact on the organization’s overall success.
This is a stand-alone role with no direct reports. The position reports to the Controller and is fully on-site 5 days per week (non-negotiable).
This role provides leadership across key HR functions, including employee relations, talent and workforce planning, and compensation and benefits, while also overseeing accurate bi-weekly payroll processing.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will bring a recognized HR designation, a minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience, and at least 1+ year of hands-on payroll processing experience. A PCP designation is considered a strong asset.
Pay: $100,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
