Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Diagnose appliance malfunctions using electrical knowledge, schematics, and mechanical understanding.
- Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, stove and HVAC systems.
- Assemble and install appliances accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience.
- Use technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and service notes for each job.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate in Hindi or Punjabi.
- Licensed or certified technician required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems.
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair across a variety of brands and models, with at least 1 year of experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to assemble appliances accurately and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to appliance handling.
