We are looking for a sharp, organized, trustworthy person to work directly with ownership as an Executive Assistant & Group Operations Coordinator.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can help keep communication, priorities, follow-ups, and daily operations moving across multiple businesses. We are busy, growing quickly, and need someone who can step in, take ownership, and help make sure the right things get handled at the right time.
This is not a basic admin role. It is a right-hand position for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the businesses, work with managers, and help filter what needs ownership’s attention.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize emails, calls, messages, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with managers, staff, suppliers, customers, and vendors.
- Help filter what needs ownership’s attention and what can be handled by the team.
- Track priorities, open tasks, deadlines, and decisions.
- Follow up to make sure things actually get completed.
- Take notes during meetings and turn conversations into action items.
- Solve problems and keep communication clear across the group.
- Learn how each business operates and become a reliable support to ownership.
- Help build systems and processes as the group continues to grow.

Experience
Experienced as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, office manager, project coordinator, or similar role is an asset.
Experience in small business, construction, trades, retail, sales, hospitality, apparel, or signage would also be helpful.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
