Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of products and supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services and products.
- Experience in body waxing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
