Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing stations and storage areas
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining a hygienic and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing within a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, and basic food preparation is advantageous
- Experience with food service or hospitality roles demonstrates strong teamwork skills and customer service awareness
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards
