We are seeking experienced cleaning staff to join our team immediately. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for daily use
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of organization in all cleaning activities
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and special requests
- Uphold safety standards and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language skills are a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely job attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
