Groupe Sani-Tech is a construction subcontractor. We manufacture and distribute architectural products (bathroom fixtures, locker room lockers, wall protection, and restroom partitions) for buildings. We’ve even been the largest in our field in Quebec for over 50 years. Not bad, right?! Our 60 employees will tell you: it’s a really great place to spend 40 hours a week!

There’s still a bit of work to do, too, such as:
- Working closely with the project management team;
- Taking very precise measurements on construction sites for the various products we distribute;
- Conducting site progress visits;
- Submitting daily reports on measurements or work progress;
- Resolving site-related issues and proposing solutions to improve the situation with carpenters and clients;
- Communicating with site foremen and conducting work follow-up visits;
- Occasionally acting as a site representative;
- Actively contributing to the company’s objectives while promoting improvements in work methods.

Requirements
- College diploma in architecture (DEC) or vocational diploma in carpentry and joinery (DEP)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction and site management field
- ASP card required (CCQ card not required)
- Clean driving record (Class 5)
- Be in good physical condition (lifting heavy loads, extensive driving)
- Good knowledge of the Greater Montreal area
- Proficient with computers
- Be versatile and possess excellent analytical skills
- Be a proactive, solution-oriented person
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Functional English and French, both spoken and written
