Job Title: Lead Scrum Master

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Lead Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead multiple Agile teams, provide coaching, and support strategic delivery initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams supporting enterprise programs.
- Establish and promote Agile governance and delivery standards.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and cross-team planning activities.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams.
- Support modernization, digital transformation, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate dependencies across business and technology workstreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support customer, citizen, and patient-focused solution delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance, risks, and team effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement across Agile teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Lead Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile governance and delivery frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management practices.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Agile certification preferred.
