We’re a growing automotive appraisal company seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team. The position involves completing on-site vehicle appraisals and delivering outstanding service to clients both in person and over the phone.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting in-person appraisals for Service Ontario and insurance purposes
- Completing reports using internal systems and guidelines
- Communicating with clients via phone and face-to-face in a professional manner
- Working independently and managing your schedule within your assigned work hours
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Requirements:
- Clean driving record (a current driver’s abstract may be required)
- Reliable personal vehicle (use of your own car is required)
- Vehicle knowledge (an asset, but not mandatory — training provided)
- Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone and in person
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
