Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks that support the operations of our projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Must be able to get to our shop at 7am Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Help with site preparation and cleanup after projects are completed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Drywall carrying experience is an asset
