Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in the planning and development of menu items
Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
