Restoration Team Lead – On-Site Operations

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Restoration Team Lead to oversee field operations for restoration projects in Saskatoon. This role is responsible for leading on-site crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to WINMAR's quality standards. You’ll be the point person on site — guiding technicians, communicating with clients, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restoration technicians on-site during all project phases
- Organize and assign daily tasks, ensuring timelines and safety standards are met
- Provide training, direction, and motivation to field staff
- Conduct on-site assessments and assist with project documentation
- Monitor job progress, quality, and compliance with company procedures
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients regarding work status and any site concerns
- Maintain accurate job logs, equipment tracking, and crew reports
- Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property restoration, construction, or remediation
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Knowledge of restoration processes (water, fire, mould, trauma, etc.)
- Ability to read job scopes, plans, and safety documentation
- Proficient with restoration tools, drying equipment, and safety gear
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- IICRC or related industry certifications considered an asset
