Courtyard Coffee is a small family owned and operated café in Qualicum Beach looking to add a barista to our growing team! Requirements:
- Barista experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is more important.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages according to established recipes.
- Ensuring all beverages meet standards for quality and consistency.
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Processing customers’ orders through the Point of Sales (POS) system ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Ensuring the café is clean and presentable during service hours (wiping tables, restocking, clearing dishes, etc.)
- Upholding workplace safety and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
