Sales Manager – New & Used Vehicle Department

Airport Kia is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our New and Used Vehicle Sales Department. Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Management experience in a franchised new vehicle dealership.
- Proven experience managing both new and used vehicle sales.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, desking deals, lender programs, and dealership operations.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales and gross profit objectives.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the New and Used Vehicle Sales Department.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor Sales Consultants.
- Develop a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor sales activities, lead management, follow-up processes, and CRM compliance.
- Desk deals and work closely with the Finance & Insurance Department to maximize profitability.
- Manage inventory, pricing strategies, aging units, and merchandising.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, market trends, and implement action plans to exceed targets.
- Maintain compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
