Responsibilities:
- Prepare and enter orders into ERP system
- Review orders to ensure accuracy of data entries
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Communicate with internal departments to effectively streamline investigation on discrepancies
- Provide and manage accurate paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Organize and file company documents in a neat and correct manner
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
- Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and a capable multi-tasker
- Language skills: Strong proficiency in English
Nice-to-Have:
- Customer service experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
