We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal operation.
- Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, and hedge trimmers for landscaping projects.
- Conduct gardening and horticultural tasks including planting, trimming, and seasonal clean-up.
- Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, and mulching.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Support construction projects or installations as needed, adhering to safety standards.
- Inspect work areas regularly to identify potential issues or hazards and address them promptly.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies required for daily operations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment such as power tools.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and general construction practices is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and operating machinery.
- Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
