Job Summary:
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Printing Supervisor, where you'll lead and oversee all printing operations to ensure high-quality production and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers and projects
- Review and approve all job proofs or samples
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees involved in prepress, printing, bindery, finishing, and other production operations.
- Establish work methods and daily production schedules, and coordinate workflow with other departments to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Review and approve job proofs, samples, and finished materials to ensure print quality, accuracy, and compliance with client or company specifications.
- Resolve production and workflow issues, provide technical guidance to staff, and recommend measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 01 year of working in supervising role
Work Setting:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Willing to relocate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
