Duties
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions and shift changes
- Support staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a cohesive team environment
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting services and special events to guests
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service roles is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
