The Manager, Product – CDP & Martech is responsible for setting the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CDP platform. This role is accountable for the unified customer view and plays a pivotal role in enabling customer-centric digital experiences and performance through data-driven personalization. This role will drive the next phase of our customer data and marketing technology strategy and will lead the full implementation and bring this strategic expertise in-house.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong product leadership skills and deep technical acumen, capable of bridging business and IT, aligning cross functional teams, and maximizing both business and customer value.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead the end to end successful delivery of new customer data platform, from technical implementation and data integration through rollout, adoption, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain the long-term product vision and strategy for customer data and marketing automation platform.
- Own and continuously evolve the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and technology transformations.
- Ensure platform are future-proof, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Act as a strategic facilitator between channel managers (website, email, sms, advertising), CX, marketing, data, IT, CRM and operations.
- Drive alignment, prioritization, and shared understanding of CDP capabilities across teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to platform adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact.
- Evaluate, forecast, and track financial and operational benefits of platform features and enhancements.
- Build and present business cases supporting investment decisions and platform evolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, data warehouse, privacy) to ensure data quality, structure, integrity, and compliance; reliable technical integrations, data pipelines, APIs, connectors, and automated workflows.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
- Influence vendor product roadmaps, negotiate priorities, and advocate for business needs.
- Continuously scan the Martech landscape to identify new opportunities, innovations, and efficiencies.
- Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption and ensure a successful transformation.
- Leader of the ongoing stewardship of data privacy and governance compliance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 6+ years of experience in product management, CDP, Martech.
- Experience leading the implementation of CDP platform and operations.
- Strong expertise in CRM, CDP, personalization engines and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, audience management, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel orchestration.
- Proven ability to build long-term product strategy and transform it into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify value and prioritize impact.
- Experience defining KPIs, adoption frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Influential leader with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across departments.
- Comfortable driving governance forums, representing in steering committees and presenting to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem solving skills.
- Experience working in complex organizations.
- Strong customer centric mindset, analytical rigor, and passion for technology enabled marketing.
- Experience in change management, an asset.
- Bilingual written and spoken.
