Fraser & Co. is a boutique luxury brokerage in Durham Region, rebuilt from the ground up around one idea: agents should sell, and everything else should be handled for them. We're led by a RE/MAX Circle of Legends and Pinnacle Award producer with 25 years and six market cycles behind her — someone still personally listing and selling, not watching from an office.
We're hiring a small number of experienced, listing-capable agents to grow with us.

What we're looking for
- Active Ontario real estate licence in good standing (RECO)
- A demonstrated track record of closed transactions

- Coachable, consistent, and ready to be held to a professional standard
- Someone who has outgrown a big-box brokerage and wants to be known, not numbered
