Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive lessons on coding, robotics, and math concepts tailored to early childhood and school-age students
- Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and active participation
- Guide students through hands-on activities involving robotics kits, programming exercises, and mathematical puzzles
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork and respect among students
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Support the development of students’ problem-solving skills through engaging challenges and projects
Requirements
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching young children or students in STEM subjects
- Strong knowledge of coding languages (such as Scratch, Python, or Java) and robotics platforms (like LEGO Mindstorms or similar)
- Passion for early childhood education and fostering a love for STEM disciplines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of varying ages
- Experience working with children in educational settings is highly preferred
- Ability to create fun, educational activities that simplify complex concepts for young learners
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to student success and continuous learning
