Responsibilities
- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments in accordance with CMTO standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes)
- Educate patients on self-care, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming treatment environment
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
