Job Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and organized ABA Therapist to join our team for the summer months (June, July, and August), with the potential for the role to transition into a full-time position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and teens with autism in a supportive, team-oriented environment. It is also a great opportunity for new graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities
· Work directly with children and teens with autism using ABA principles and strategies
· Plan and run engaging group programs and activities
· Support the development of communication, social, behavioural, and daily living skills
· Create fun, structured, and meaningful learning experiences
· Assist with behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies
· Maintain session notes and program materials
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support student success
Qualifications
· Experience working with children and/or teens with autism
· Knowledge or experience with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
· Experience leading or supporting group programs
· Creative, organized, and able to think independently
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Positive, patient, and energetic attitude
Preferred Assets
· Background in ABA, psychology, education, child and youth care, or related fields
· Experience with summer camps, recreational programs, or social skills groups
· CPR/First Aid certification
On-going training and supervision will be provided by our Clinical Supervisor, BCBA/RBA and team, to the successful candidate.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
