About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Renovation Technician to perform renovation and maintenance work in our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on position for someone who is skilled in multiple trades and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience
Applicants must have proven experience in most of the following:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Plastering and drywall repairs
- Drywall installation, taping, and finishing
- Demolition work
- General carpentry and handyman tasks
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical work (where legally permitted)
- Apartment turnover and renovation projects
- Use of power tools and construction equipment
- Site clean-up and material handling
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of renovation or construction experience
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, contractors, and management
- Experience working in occupied residential buildings is an asset
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).
- Must be legally authorized to work in Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Complete renovation projects in apartments and common areas
- Repair walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and flooring
- Prepare surfaces and perform high-quality painting work
- Conduct demolition and site preparation as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report material requirements and project progress
- Ensure work meets company quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
