Job Summary
Timberwolf Environmental is recruiting reliable, experienced and hardworking Small Equipment Operators who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards safety. Applicants must be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and 10-14 hour days when required.
This is a temporary contract however there is potential for full time employment for individuals who show great work ethic and team work during the contract.

Responsibilities:
- well experienced operating small equipment such as mini-excavators & skid steers & tractors.
- performing regular maintenance, minor repairs and pre-trip inspections on equipment.
- cleaning, lubricating, and refilling equipment daily.
- safety and maintenance: Performing daily safety checks, maintaining the equipment in good working order, and ensuring safe operation to prevent harm or damage.
- reading and interpreting plans: Understanding site plans, construction drawings, and grade stakes.
- communication and coordination: Collaborating with construction crew members to safely perform work tasks.
Requirements:
- H2S Alive, Standard First-Aid, Common Safety Orientation and Ground Disturbance 201are required.
- 5 years previous experience operating small duty equipment.
- commitment to safety and quality standards.
- a clean valid Class 5 Drivers License with 3-year Drivers Abstract is required and must have reliable transportation to work.
- attention to detail: Ensuring precision in operating the machinery and following plans.
- mechanical skills: Understanding how all equipment and its components work.
- communication skills: Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors.
