We are looking for an organized and reliable Payroll Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and comfortable handling payroll, bookkeeping, and day-to-day administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately using ADP
Manage bookkeeping tasks including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Oversee office administration and general clerical duties
Coordinate and manage supplier orders and inventory-related admin tasks
Maintain organized financial and employee records
Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and correspondence
Support daily operations and ensure smooth office workflow
Requirements
Experience with ADP payroll systems is required
Bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred
Experience with Lightspeed POS is an asset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
