HVAC Sales Advisor – Fully Commissioned

We are now looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Advisor who wants to grow with a company built for the future.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The HVAC Sales Advisor’s duties include:
Meeting with residential customers and guiding them through the full sales process
Recommending the right HVAC, water heating, and home efficiency solutions
Preparing accurate customer quotes and proposals
Staying up to date on products, promotions, financing options, and available rebates
Explaining Ontario Efficiency Group’s value clearly and professionally
Following up with leads by phone, email, and text
Maintaining accurate records in company systems
Responding to customer questions and concerns
Working with the team to improve customer experience and sales process
Helping launch new products and services into the market
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous HVAC sales experience preferred
HVAC product knowledge is an asset
Strong communication and closing skills
Professional phone, email, and in-person etiquette
Self-motivated, organized, and driven
Ability to work independently
Valid Ontario G-Class licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Minimum Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Hours
This role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and on-call opportunities depending on lead flow and customer demand.
Compensation
This is a fully commissioned position with strong earning potential for the right candidate.
Compensation and bonus structure will be discussed based on experience, performance, and role fit.
