Job Position - NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant ( Contract, Remote)
About the Role
We're seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in NetSuite and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) for a remote contract engagement. In this role, you'll partner closely with finance, accounting, and technology teams to design, configure, enhance, and support NetSuite solutions. Success here calls for someone who can bridge the functional and technical sides of the platform—turning business needs into scalable NetSuite configurations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and assess business needs across finance, accounting, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Set up and maintain NetSuite modules, with Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) as the central focus.
- Build and roll out revenue recognition rules, revenue arrangements, plans, and the accounting processes that support them.
- Convert functional needs into NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues tied to ARM, transactions, reporting, period close, and other financial processes.
- Create and upkeep saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and role-based permissions.
- Work alongside business users, finance teams, developers, and integration partners across every phase of the solution lifecycle.
- Produce functional and technical documentation, test scripts, deployment plans, and end-user training materials.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant role or something comparable.
- Solid, hands-on background with NetSuite ERP.
- Extensive functional and configuration experience in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Sound grasp of revenue recognition, billing, accounting, general ledger, and financial close processes.
- Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom records.
- Ability to work with technical integrations via SuiteTalk REST or SOAP web services.
- Proven track record gathering requirements, running fit-gap analysis, configuring solutions, testing, and supporting go-lives.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and intercompany processes.
- Exposure to Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, SuiteBilling, or financial reporting.
- Experience with third-party integrations and data migration.
- NetSuite certifications.
Pay: $15.00-$35.00 per hour
