The Neal Estate Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant / Courier Support to join our team starting around the beginning to mid July. In this role, you will be the organizational hub of our busy real estate group, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of key administrative tasks, including answering phones, assigning leads, and coordinating property sign placements. You will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support that allows our agents to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
Schedule is as follows:
Monday - OFF (Courier Hours Possible)
Tuesday - OFF (Courier Hours Possible)
Wednesday - 11:00AM - 7:00PM
Thursday - OFF (Courier Hours Possible)
Friday - OFF (Courier Hours Possible)
Saturday - 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
Sunday - 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, taking messages, and conveying information appropriately
- Using systems such as Follow Up Boss, Transaction Desk, Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Preparing listing documents, and agent packages
- Ensuring clients are happy and informed of the happenings with their properties
- Running errands such as delivering marketing materials and placing signage
- Tracking deals on the back end, ensuring all contracts are correct and transactions are not missing required documents (we pay per KM you drive, at a fixed rate on top of your scheduled hours)
- Providing additional support to other administrative team members
Desired skills & qualifications:
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and work efficiently
- Must be able to be a self-starter and complete tasks without supervision
- Must be comfortable learning new systems
- Must be able to adapt and learn quickly
- Must have a current and full driver's license and car
