Overview
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development & Client Outreach Representative to help grow our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with local businesses, introduce our services, and build relationships with HR Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Supervisors, and business owners.
This is a combination of phone-based and field sales. If needed, you will visit businesses in person to introduce our company and schedule meetings.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to local businesses.
- Generate new business leads and book appointments.
- Visit businesses and industrial areas to introduce company services.
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Supervisors, Managers, and business owners.
- Follow up with prospective clients by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Meet weekly and monthly business development goals.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, outside sales, B2B sales, client outreach, or cold calling is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls.
- Confident speaking with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
