Job Summary
Elder Grove Maintenance & Snow is a growing landscaping company specializing in strata maintenance and snow services. We are looking for a reliable Landscape Foreman to lead a small crew and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and room to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a small crew on daily routes
- Perform and oversee landscaping maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, clean-ups)
- Assist with landscaping construction when required
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
- Communicate with management and occasionally with clients
Winter Responsibilities
- Snow clearing and salting for strata properties
- On-call during winter (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- $40/hour during snow operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years landscaping experience
- Experience leading or directing others is an asset
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving abstract (required)
- Fluent in English (required)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
