In this role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks across the property, helping ensure that guest rooms, common areas, and resort facilities remain in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work across the resort property
- Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment and facilities are operating properly
- Maintain resort grounds, walkways, lighting, and outdoor areas as needed
- Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are organized and in good working condition
- Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and operations teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns
- Follow health, safety, and company procedures at all times
- Support seasonal maintenance projects and emergency repairs when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, hospitality, resort, hotel, or property maintenance is preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, or general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Physically able to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends or holidays when needed
