We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our bubble tea shop! This role is essential to our daily operations, combining kitchen preparation, customer service, and overall store maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Ingredient Preparation: Accurately cook and prepare boba, teas, and various toppings strictly following our standard recipes.
Inventory & Organization: Regularly check and manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and keep shelves neatly organized.
Customer Service: Assist with taking customer orders at the front counter, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming experience.
Closing & Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough end-of-day cleaning tasks, including washing equipment, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping/mopping to maintain excellent hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Long-Term Commitment: We are specifically seeking candidates who are looking for a long-term, stable position.
Late-Night Availability: You must be available to work late shifts, as working hours will regularly extend past 11:00 PM.
Reliable Transportation: Due to the late closing times, possessing a reliable mode of transportation for safe commuting is required.
Team Player: Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required!
