We’re looking for a Prep/Dishwasher team member who takes pride in maintaining a pristine, organized kitchen and supporting a high-performing team during fast-paced service. This role is essential to delivering the elevated experience our guests expect.

What You’ll Own
Sanitation & Standards
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all cookware, utensils, cutlery, and smallwares
- Maintain a steady flow of clean smallwares to the line during service
- Retrieve and clean bus tubs efficiently
- Manage trash and recycling throughout the shift
- Maintain a spotless, organized dish and prep station
- Follow all Eggslut procedures and local Health Department standards
Prep Support
- Assist with daily prep lists when dish volume allows
- Support recipe accuracy and food handling standards
- Uphold Eggslut’s quality and consistency in every task
- Communicate proactively with kitchen leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hours
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team-first mindset with clear communication
- Ability to follow structured recipes and systems
Kitchen experience is an asset, but discipline, work ethic, and pride in your station are what matter most.
