Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

The Physio Approach is a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in North York. We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative healthcare team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who is looking not only for a supportive clinical environment, but also the ability to build and grow their own practice within an established clinic.
Our clinic provides high-quality, evidence-based care in a welcoming and professional setting. You will work alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and live healthier, more active lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners to support patient outcomes
- Educate patients on mobility, self-care, stretching, and injury prevention
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates are welcome to apply
