Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group specialize in a broad range of complex disputes, including insolvency and restructuring matters, commercial real estate disputes, fraud and asset recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate/commercial, wills and estates, trusts and tax, employment and real estate – including title insurance. We regularly appear before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
The successful candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience, be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and possess strong analytical, drafting, advocacy, and client relationship skills. You will have the opportunity to manage sophisticated litigation matters, work closely with experienced litigators, and take on meaningful responsibility while building your practice. An excellent academic record and references are required.
