Line Cook / Prep Cook – Full-Time (QSR)
Location: Toronto, ON (Must have easy commute to postal code M6K 1X9)
Schedule: Full-time with overtime available
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our fast-casual restaurant team. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and more-so to listen. They must be clean, organized, efficient, and passionate about preparing great food alongside great teammates. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team and the Chef/Owner to ensure consistency, quality, and speed of service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and portion standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
- Cook and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Label, rotate, and store food properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with prep tasks, deliveries, and end-of-day cleaning
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team and management
- Adhere to company policies for punctuality, uniform, and kitchen safety
Requirements:
- Prior cooking experience required (fast-casual or QSR experience preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, or Food Handler Certification required
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation and easy commute to M6K 1X9

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

- Cooking: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
