Create Compounding Pharmacy is looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team! We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that expanded into a new world-class facility in Port Coquitlam. Our facility is fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and offers sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. Comprehensive training will be provided in detail for the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
● Data capturing and entry
● Processing orders and prescriptions in Kroll
● Liaising with patients and clients over the phone
● Processing payments where required
● Assisting walk-in clients with prescriptions
● Answering phone calls
● Liaising with Customers, prescribers and various stakeholders
● Creating patient profiles in Kroll
● Assisting in maintenance of products on the veterinary website
● Assisting in processing orders through the veterinary website
● Assisting logistics team with additional delivery information when needed
● Any other appropriate pharmacy assistant duties
Qualifications and Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English skills
- Kroll experience - at least 1 year
- Experiense as a Pharmacy assistant - at least 2 years
