Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented SEO Analyst & Web Developer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical web development, quality control, and search engine optimization. You will build and maintain web applications, develop custom plugins, and analyze performance data to drive organic growth.A significant part of this role involves serving as a Quality Control (QC) gatekeeper—examining code, testing functionality, and ensuring high standards before deployment. While our in-house stack is primarily PHP, we value strong fundamental development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and are fully ready to train the right candidate on our specific processes. - Web & Plugin Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and custom plugins using PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Quality Control & Code Review: Review, test, and examine code written by team members to identify bugs and ensure compliance before production deployment. [1]
- SEO Analysis & Strategy: Audit website architecture, track search performance, and implement data-driven technical SEO improvements.
- Database Optimization: Manage and optimize SQL databases (such as MySQL) to support application performance and fast page load speeds.
- API Integration: Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between internal systems and external services.
- Collaboration & Version Control: Use Git/GitHub to track changes, manage repositories, and facilitate collaborative development within an Agile workflow.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and SEO metrics to create actionable insight reports for strategic decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Development Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Backend Knowledge: Experience with PHP (or a strong willingness and ability to learn it quickly on the job).
- SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of technical SEO, Google Analytics, search console tools, and keyword performance tracking.
- Quality Assurance Mindset: Excellent attention to detail with experience reviewing code, testing logic, and debugging applications.
- Database Skills: Competency with SQL databases (MySQL) and writing efficient queries.
- Adaptability & Growth: A fast learner who can easily adapt to new frameworks, internal tools, and coding standards. [1, 2]
