Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Shipper/Receiver to join our team at ARO. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling shipping and receiving tasks efficiently to support our company's mission of providing top-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklift to load and unload goods safely.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper warehouse management practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory.
- Assist in stock organization and warehouse cleanliness.
- Working counter sales when busy and as needed.
- Support other warehouse activities as needed to ensure operational excellence.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations.
- Experience operating forklifts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in automotive or industrial supply warehouses is a plus.

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
