Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate construction estimates
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scopes and budgets.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in construction environments.
- Relevant education or certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
