We are seeking a dynamic and personable Commission-Based Esthetician / Skincare Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations to clients
- Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and ensuring client comfort
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols in all treatments and work areas
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records
- Promote additional services through effective communication skills and personalized consultations
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations in the industry
Qualifications
- esthetician or skincare certification required
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, or guest services preferred
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about products and treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a spa or salon environment
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Prior experience working at the front desk or in hospitality settings is advantageous
