Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Associate Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Duties
- Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflow.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to support cost control and resource allocation.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Monitor project progress through site visits and meetings, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
- Support project managers in scheduling labor, materials, and equipment efficiently using construction management software.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion of phases.
- Assist in resolving issues related to project scope, schedule delays, or budget overruns through effective communication and problem-solving strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with industry-standard software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts relevant to construction projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in project management within a construction environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
